Secured Debentures are fixed interest securities. Options for payment of interest are:

• By direct credit to a nominated bank account
• Compounded to the original investment for payment at maturity

Secured Debentures rank in priority for repayment ahead of all other amounts owed by the company with the exception of prior charges and certain limited preferential claims in the event of winding up. The company can grant prior charges which rank in priority ahead of Secured Debentures only in accordance with the limitations permitted by its Trust Deed. Details of such limitations are set out in the current registered prospectus which is available on request.
